About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- Compliantly manage the in-scope training matrix.
- Define system set-up and co-ordinate appropriate learning management system maintenance for all in-scope training requirements (courses, curricula, assignments etc.) with the LMS administrators.
- Manage all in-scope reporting requirements.
- Communicate appropriately on availability of learning content, to support the curiosity and growth of Novartis associates.
- Manage and support local learning events across defined scope within Novartis.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Customer satisfaction
- Punctuality rate
- Jobs done on time, following the specified cycle time
- Consistent compliance with GMP and Health, Safety and Environment guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures
- No complaints with regulatory inspections
