As the Associate Director, APD AI Platform – AI/GenAI Solution Delivery Lead, you will work at the intersection of business, data science, engineering, and technology, driving enterprise-scale AI initiatives from concept to adoption while partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable value across the organization.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions from strategy through adoption.
- Drive release planning, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement of AI products and platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize high-value AI use cases and delivery roadmaps.
- Define clear functional and non-functional requirements aligned to business objectives and outcomes.
- Ensure data readiness, governance, quality, accessibility, and operational scalability for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, cloud, and operations teams to optimize model performance.
- Establish responsible Artificial Intelligence practices, security controls, compliance standards, and risk management processes.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, forecasting, and vendor relationships across initiatives.
- Provide executive-level communication, status updates, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and foster excellence in AI solution delivery and operational execution.
Essential Requirements
- 10+ years technology solution delivery experience
- AI/GenAI and enterprise platform delivery
- Program and stakeholder management
- Azure, Jira, Azure DevOps experience
- Enterprise governance and compliance understanding
- Cross-functional leadership capabilities
