About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Broad Market Insights & Brand Opportunities: Analyze market and HCP insights, patient flow and unmet educational needs to identify business opportunities in the broad market (County /CHC/THC)
- Scientific Knowledge & Capability Building: Develop and maintain brand scientific knowledge, key messages and evidence references, and support capability building for local portfolio teams.
- National Academic Program Management: Evaluate and manage selected national-level academic programs organized by third-party associations, including program assessment, partner/HCO qualification, scope definition, due diligence, contracting, governance and execution tracking.
- Cross-functional & Compliance Management: Work closely with Medical, Compliance, Legal and other relevant functions to ensure appropriate approval and compliant execution of programs.
- Promotional Content Development: Develop and roll out promotional content for NVS-sponsored sessions based on approved guidelines and standards of care, including content review, MCC submission and lifecycle management.
Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who ideally has:
- Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Marketing, Portfolio Management, or a related commercial role.
- Experience in the cardiovascular area would be highly preferred; hypertension experience would be a strong plus.
- Strong capabilities in market insight, scientific content development and academic program management.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
