About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- 製造機能を高め、コンプライアンス・効率性・将来性のある運営を実現する
- 拠点およびNovartis Technical Operationsの戦略に沿った計画を実行する
- 生産負荷とリスクに応じたスケジュール最適化に貢献する
- MESや電子バッチ記録システムを使用し、製造に貢献する
- 無菌製剤プロセスを確立・維持し、製品の無菌性と規制遵守を確保する
Essential Requirements
- 学歴不問
- 無菌製剤の経験3年以上 製造リーダーシップ経験があると尚よい
- GMP、HSE、規制コンプライアンスに関する深い知識
- 部門横断型チームを率いてオペレーショナル・エクセレンスを推進した経験
- MESおよび電子バッチ記録システムの管理経験
- 企業文化を体現し、部門立ち上げ時に正しい方向へ推進できる柔軟性
