This position is to be closed for limited period of time (1,5 years).

As an Engineer Process, you support manufacturing operations by owning technical changes, maintenance, and optimization of facilities and equipment, ensuring reliable performance in full alignment with GMP, HSE, and economic requirements. This role combines hands on engineering expertise with strong coordination and project execution skills in a regulated production environment.

About the Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate technical changes through the established change control process
  • Execute and support qualification activities for facilities, HVAC systems, and equipment
  • Maintain and update life‑cycle documentation, including SOPs, FMEAs, and technical records
  • Ensure availability and reliability of facilities, HVAC, and production equipment
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair activities, including external service providers
  • Plan, manage, and monitor the maintenance budget and related costs
  • Drive system and equipment optimization initiatives (e.g. TPM, IQP, energy efficiency)
  • Act as technical lead for smaller capital investment projects, including planning, execution, and handover

Essential Requirements:

  • Higher technical education in Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
  • Initial professional experience (approx. 2–3 years) in an industrial or GMP‑regulated environment
  • Solid understanding of GMP, HSE, and compliance requirements
  • Experience with technical change management, qualification, and maintenance processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and activities
  • Structured, reliable working style with a high sense of personal responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP or similar maintenance / documentation systems
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 65.605,54/year (on a full-time basis).In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications, and individual competencies
