By leveraging advanced analytics tools and business process knowledge, the Senior Analyst enables informed decision-making, identifies process improvement opportunities, and drives operational excellence across the global RLT network.
About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support global TechOps decision-making across Radioligand Therapy (RLT) operations.
- Source, transform, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple business systems to generate actionable business insights.
- Design and deliver Power BI visualizations that improve operational transparency and performance monitoring.
- Support manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operational teams through data-driven analysis and reporting.
- Identify process gaps, data anomalies, and improvement opportunities through analysis of operational data.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful metrics, reports, and analytical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
- Monitor operational performance indicators such as lead times, process adherence, on-time execution, and production performance.
- Act as a data enabler for cross-functional teams by providing reliable, standardized, and business-ready datasets.
- Contribute to process mapping, continuous improvement initiatives, and system enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across RLT manufacturing sites to support operational excellence and performance improvement.
Essential requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong experience in data analytics with advanced SQL and Python skills.
- Expert-level Power BI capabilities, including dashboard development and data visualization.
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable insights and performance metrics.
- Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or operational datasets within a regulated environment.
- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with exposure to Radioligand Therapy, Oncology Technical Operations, or radioactive-product manufacturing environments.
Desirable requirements:
- Working knowledge of Snowflake and ERP systems (preferably SAP or Microsoft D365).
